Summary
Fleeing into the human world on the isle of Jorvik, a magical Pandorian spirit slips into the body of a newborn baby called Reena.
As she grows up wandering the island, she becomes accustomed to the normality of her new life and grows to love it: living an ordinary human existence without magic, without chains rattling around her legs keeping her in place is what she has always wished for.
But it does not always stay so peaceful.
Her past comes to haunt her, a splinter of her soul she has left behind in Pandoria wants to reconnect. But she refuses its advances.
