It had been a full year since Ellie had first stepped on Jorvik; a year since she'd been caught up in the fated charade between the Keepers of Aideen and Dark Core. To say she had been prepared for it would've been a lie - yet, she had tried her utmost, in all her quiet confidence and kindness to make sense of it all. Even though they had left her with more questions than answers.
Anne had been saved, but at the high cost of Elizabeth Sunbeam's life, leaving the Keepers of Aideen reeling, and Dark Core licking their wounds. Ellie despairs, wondering if this endless loop of darkness will ever end - if she'll ever be free from it all. She soon finds herself caught up in mystery, espionage, betrayal, and love.
But will things ever be the same again?

It was rarely just a dream. But how could one tell?
As the Soul Riders ride together on a week-long trudge back to Valedale through the Northern Mountain Range after a mission, Linda's mind feels like, for the first time in a long time, it is being invaded. Visions so strong and so hideously graphic that she feels herself crawling back toward that childhood terror she felt when she first established her connection with the moon. Little does she know that this time, there is a presence behind them, toying and rewiring her subconscious, pulling the strings of her dreams and forcing her to live through a series of the worst nights she has ever had.

This short story explores the dark side of the Moon Circle, and the rarely spoken about trauma that it is sure to have put its Guardians through, generation after generation. Examining Linda especially, she must learn that she really cannot deal with these things on her own.
The original character mentioned is my inserted fifth Soul Rider, but they aren't the main focus in this short story. This is actually the first time I've ever published any work with him in, so, welcome to the world, Azariah!

Summary
Jorvik to wyspła pełna magii i koni. Jest to też jedno z niewielu miejsc na Ziemi, które ma bardzo bliskie połączenie z Pandorią. Nad wyspą i trwaniem świata czuwają Strażnicy Aideen, którzy po "rozpadzie" poprzedniego siostrzeństrwa stali się podzieleni. Kilku członków zakonu nadal popiera Evergrey'a, którego obarczono odpowiedzialnością za wypadek Catherine, Piątej z Jeźdźców Duszy. Na Jorvik po kilku latach nieobecności wraca Edward Oakfoot, tym razem w towarzystwie rodziny. Pandorianin przekonał żonę do wyjazdu, aby móc pomóc Strażnikom i aby móc łatwiej szkolić syna, który zaczął wykazywać magiczne zdolnośći.
Po latach jednak sytuacja Strażników Aideen jedynie się pogorszyła. Fripp zapadł w śpiączkę, Elizabeth zginęła podczas ratowania Anne z Pandorii, a stan zdrowia Evergrey'a ciągle się pogarszał. Strażnicy przez incydent z Ydrisem stali się nieufni wobec Pandorian. Nowe pokolenie Jeźdźców Duszy, ponownie skompletowane z nowym Piątym Jeźdźcem - Kamillą nie wie co ma dalej robić. Sytuację pogarsza dodatkowo plotka o przybyciu nieznanego dziewczynom pracownika Dark Core na Jorvik, który według ich podejrzeń może stanowić dla nich nowe, również poważne jak Jeźdźcy Mroku zagrożenie.

Fifteen year old Valerie Mccraith has never believed that there is anything special or interesting about her, well if you don't count the fact that her dad went missing when she was two and her mother left her to be raised by her grandmother. Though if you ask anyone who truly knows her, she’s a special girl with a special gift when it comes to dealing with horses. Or at least she was....until the accident. It's been a year since the accident, she feels numb, empty, hollow, and won't go anywhere near horses anymore.
That all changes when she's forced to pack up her belongings and move to Jorvik to live with her dad's family who are practically strangers to her. Under the guidance of mystical druids, they discover they each have a special bond to their horses that gives them magical powers. While trying to balance school, family, and friendships they have to figure out what it means to be a Soul Rider. They are attacked by the Dark Riders and the mysterious Mr. Sands discover that their horses are in danger. Instead of relying on their combined strength, they decide to split up on their quest to find answers and learn to fight back against their enemies. However, will it be too late before they realize their mistake?

In the midst of Justin Moorland struggling to come to terms with the fact that he's the grandson of the evil Mr. Sands, CEO of Dark Core, he is arrested by the Keepers of Aideen. Ydris, a local magician, had made a non-verbal promise to Thomas Moorland, Justin’s father, to keep Justin safe — which he promptly fails to do, watching the arrest happen in real time and being unable to do anything about it. Justin never paid any attention to Ydris before, but in captivity Ydris is all he can think abour, and Ydris seems to have taken a sudden interest in him, which he will learn to be grateful for.
Will the Keepers of Aideen’s forcing hand be able to keep Justin and Ydris apart, while Ydris is thrust into adventures pertaining to Pandoria and being Pandorian? Will Ydris be able to both visit the land he once had to flee and come back unscathed? Will he make the choice to stay in Pandoria and, if so, why? For love? Or will love be the one thing keeping him on Jorvik? More importantly, will he ever get to see Justin again? Will Ydris have to be the one to set Justin free?

Just before all this, one of Jorvik’s numerous fishermen took you to the coast of Sweden, and you are now walking, no idea to what—just glad you escaped. Although you don’t know for how long, visions of your own death plague you, as Mr. Sands still wants you dead, it’s what he has wanted since you arrived in Jorvik, but he is decaying; he has done his job freeing Garnok and is now useless to it.
From what you’ve heard (and seen), all the members of Dark Core are still alive, but what seems like a general keeps showing up in your visions.
This all makes sense when she wakes up right in front of you. -

How will they accomplish this most momentous of tasks? With more horses, of course!
