Summary
"I wish I had those eyes of yours,
full of desire, hope, and care.
but I despise those eyes of yours,
for they are not there.I wish to fullfill his dying wishes,
write a story as old as time,
though this story isn't his now,
it's only ever been mine.Selfishiness, greed, a sense of home,
why do I foolishly keep fighting,
when all you need to do is runaway from home,
yet im still sat here foolishly crying."Lifting up his pen, no longer letting ink seep through the crumpled up letter. Osamu Dazai palms his face atop of his slender fingers, contemplating if this was truly Odasakus wish. Or perhaps he has gone mad and this other parallel of himself truly found his calling in life that he greatly desires.

Summary
Dazai Osamu had taken down armies.
He had. Single handedly.
(Well, almost single handedly. But in this case, the other party in question was Chuuya, who was less like a helping hand and more like an appendix in that he was relatively useless and tended to explode at the most inconvenient moments).
—
In which Dazai and Chuuya infiltrate the UA High School for heroics, and it changes everything- most of all, them. To maintain one’s principles is the greatest privilege of all, and to forge a new mark on metal is to hammer and to burn.

Summary
He had watched the sunset many times before, drawn to its beauty, its delicate artistry. But tonight, the serenity only served as a reminder of his solitude. It filled him with a profound emptiness. Chuuya had grappled with turbulent thoughts for far too long—browbeaten by life, the weight of disappointment accumulated like heavy stones in his chest, suffocating him under the pressures of unfulfilled dreams and unreciprocated love.
He had enough.
Or: Chuuya attempts and succeeds. This irreversible action leads to a grieving Dazai who would do anything to bring Chuuya back, even if it meant reversing time to do so.
