Summary
“I-Iruma?” He opens his eyes, her shock of green hair and curled horns solidifying that familiar feeling he was trying to place earlier. It was the settling realization of disaffection for his old life. The cold nights. The early mornings. Hunger. It was estrangement that strung together his past with the present; consternation, constant and dragging behind him everywhere he goes. Constant foreboding, and trepidation that he’s never had until his first real friends happened to be made in hell.
Iruma really needs more time than he's let on about adjusting to being in hell. While he's fed and sheltered, getting an education and making friends -- the gap between himself and demon nuance seems to grow deeper and wider with every new aspect that he discovers. Summary
It is the week after Christmas, 1991, but for Harry Potter that is no longer true. Instead, he finds himself stepping off the Hogwarts Express at Kings Cross Station at the beginning of the Christmas hols. His parents greet him with hugs and Harry is drawn into a loving Christmas holiday at Godric's Hollow.
They have been dead for years but now they are alive-- and it's the best thing that has ever happened to Harry.
It is the week after Christmas, 1991, and Harry Potter gazes into the Mirror of Erised, unmoving. He will die, soon enough-- unless something is done-- for the Mirror has him in its power.
