Some people walking along the corridor threw curious glances at them, but were completely ignored.
“I said ‘nothing frail about her’,” repeated the girl in a calm voice to wide-eyed Uraraka.
“Yeah, I heard you the first time, Tsuyu-chan. I’m just… why would he say that?” To say Uraraka was surprised would be a huge understatement.

Sometimes she wonders if their breakup had been clean, if it had been prettier, would it have been easier to accept? Would she have been able to look back fondly, laugh and say, yeah, remember that time when I dated Bakugou, of all people? What a disaster that was.
Disaster seems like too weak of a word for how she had been carved out from the inside when they broke up. How she had always thought she had been her own person, up until that moment. Now she knows, she holds a piece of everyone she’s ever met inside of her, and boy, did her and Bakugou meet.
There are traces of him everywhere in her, and that had been how she knew she wasn’t—isn’t—her own person anymore.
