Izuku smiled nervously, his face as red as Katsuki’s eyes. “H-hi, Kacchan! Happy birthday.”
Katsuki’s lips parted but no words came out. Izuku swallowed hard and tried not to squirm as Katsuki looked him over from head to toe excruciatingly slowly, his eyes widening incrementally with each new inch he took in. By the time he got all the way down to the high heels, Katsuki was flushed and dumbfounded, and Izuku was rock-hard and so turned on he was afraid he might come without being touched even once.
“Deku,” finally came Katsuki’s rough, deliciously low voice. “What the fuck.”

Being hopelessly in love with each other, they don’t mind it all that much. What better way to spend time with your crush than in a stupidly vivid dream?
Except, neither of them have realised that the other isn’t actually just a part of their imagination. And, of course, seeing as they are hopelessly in love with each other, that makes it a little difficult to hide your true feelings.
