Summary
After the second Wizarding War, Harry testified in Draco Malfoy's defense despite his obsessive hate of the man. Draco is unaware of this at first.
After spending a minimum sentence of four years in Azkaban, Draco is given a choice. He's been deemed one of the 'low risk' death eaters but is still considered too dangerous to let out into the magic public freely. His choices are a lifetime in Azkaban, the dementor's kiss, execution or to be subjected to the House Elves Binding Curse and given as a servant to a trusted wizard who can keep him in line.
When Draco Malfoy chooses the Binding Curse, only one Auror signed off to volunteer to be the sponsor/master; Harry Potter. Now Draco is at Harry's mercy, stuck as Harry's servant in his home, magically bound to obey any order and unable to perform magic without Harry's direct permission.
Mutual bitterness and resentment ensue. Harry at first uses the dynamic to 'punish' and 'humiliate' Draco, taking his anger/frustrations/PTSD out on him.
In a mix of kink and self loathing, Draco finds himself enjoying the dynamic in spite of this, slowly growing more attached to Harry and eventually possessive/jealous but unwilling to admit it.
