Summary
His thumbs hover over his phone screen as he wonders what he was going to search up to find what he was looking for. There were plenty of places that sold the kind of costumes he was thinking of, but he had something very specific in mind. George pursed his lips, staring at the cursor on his screen that was blinking back at him menacingly.
He’s slow and deliberate when he types in ‘halloween nurse costume’ into the search bar, feeling the all too familiar emotions of self-consciousness and desire coursing through him.
Maybe I shouldn’t do this, he might think it’s weird.

Max is smiling bashfully, the tips of his ears tinging a shade of cherry red. He’s very handsome, and George has to hold himself back from telling him as much. There was no way he could’ve predicted the evening would end up being this way as he’d definitely lost some hope earlier when he’d realised his date wouldn’t arrive.
However, he’d definitely found someone much better instead.

If he could tell by someone’s look in their eyes that they wanted to talk to him about Lewis, he’d gone above and beyond to remove himself from the situation. Any and every excuse he could think of, he’d used it. Nobody really understood what George was thinking about it all, and he didn’t even want to try to explain it to them either.
