Summary
Robby and Dennis have been dating for six months now, but lately Dennis has been hiding something.
When Dennis got a call that his parents were sick, he didn't know how to react. Hell, he was disowned years ago. Only Santos knows that his parents are sick but then they die and Dennis has to tell Robby.
Basically, were going to Nebraska and have to deal with dennis' homophobic, religious family who hate dennis and his whole being! Robby is emotional support and dennis has trauma he has never explained! Theres a love confession folks.

Summary
Dennis’ knee vibrates his backpack that rests against his shins in the dirty pick-up truck, Michael's warm and large hand covers his thigh. His thumb rubs soft circles on the inside, silently trying to comfort the younger man. It's too early in the morning to make conversation, and Dennis' anxieties are much higher than normal.
This isn’t like his normal rotations. This is the rotation that has been his biggest fear. Not only is everything so stressful but it is the rotation where he and Michael have to pretend to not know each other, and more.

Summary
Dennis Whitaker’s had one of those days... the kind that starts with a caffeine shortage and ends with him drinking his feelings in a bar he swore he’d never visit alone. He’s tired of being the department’s punchline, tired of feeling invisible, and definitely tired of thinking about his impossibly calm, too handsome attending. A few drinks and one way too honest confession later, he discovers that rock bottom apparently comes with a familiar pair of hands ready to catch him before he hits the ground.
