Sometimes, when your squad is conformed by fifteen/sixteen-year-olds, you just let out your parental instinct without wanting to. Maybe to give a scold, or to simply talk to them when they seem to need it. Behind those soldiers, there are children that were forced to grow up quickly, Hange and Levi somehow understood that.
