Summary
In BNHA there is no proper explanation on how people began to evolve quirks. In this au, the origin of quirks started during the dark ages in the Hamlet estate thanks to an eldritch being from the cosmos called, "The Sleeper". The world was going to end eventually, not by the "Heart of Darkness", but by "The Sleeper".

After completing a difficult and challenging mission, all Itachi Uchiha wanted was a relaxing night filled with alcohol and sex. Instead, he gets cornered by one of his many flings, who accuses him of fathering her son, which ultimately leads to his partner giving him a very enlightening crash course in human reproduction.
Unfortunately though, just when the teenage Uchiha thinks that things can’t possibly get worse, the mother runs away and disappears, leaving him holding the baby. Stuck with a demanding infant, the teenage kinslayer must now come up with a way to rid himself of his unwanted burden, but in the meantime, he must deal with the trials of parenthood. From being puked upon to enduring sleepless nights filled with crying, the rogue Uchiha can feel his dignity and sanity slowly slipping away.
Even worse, the kid keeps peeing on him and using him as a teething ring!
