Out of all the things Kaminari could have said Aizawa had obviously not been expecting that. Even Kaminari was shocked at his own outburst. What the hell was he doing, thinking about something as important as this and making a decision in five minutes!
"All I want is to save people nothing else matters to me as much as that, so if being an underground hero is going to let me do that I want to try.”

Summary
Chan, a classified Level Four Regressor is living on his own. Lying to the law about his classification, Chan works and lives alone despite the law for all Level Four's need for a caretaker. His eyes alone are a silent cry for help.
Chief Minho and his team in the Abuse and Neglect Unit within the LPU are set on finding out why Chan's caretaker is not taking care of him and Chan is stubbornly set on not having a caretaker.
Will Chan admit he doesn't have a caretaker? Or Will Minho run him off before he gains any trust?

Jisung is nervous. Of course he's nervous, he's meeting Chan for the first time today. Maybe he should leave. He could send Chan a message that he became sick overnight and couldn’t make it. It would be easy. It would be so easy and yet, Jisung knows he won’t do it. Despite all his fears and insecurities Jisung really wants to meet Chan. He wants to see the caregiver he’s been talking to for six months in real life, and not behind a computer screen.
“Hi, you’re Jisung right?”

(Jisung has had problems in the past with caregivers, and has lost all hope of ever having one for himself. As he struggles to deal with his headspace alone, he stumbles upon a website that just might have the answer to his problems.)
