    When Izuku is diagnosed quirkless at six years old his mother sells him off.
    While stuck in a nightmare, Izuku gains a quirk and decides to take his chances on the streets. With the help of some feral cats and a couple unlikely friends Izuku grows up in the margins of society, his dream of being a hero pushed aside in favor of survival.
    Izuku becomes Kaijin, an urban cryptid said to be more animal than boy.
