Summary
After perceiving what appears to be Sunset Shimmer being annihilated by a colorful anti-matter icosahedron, Sci-Twi runs through the portal to get help from Princess Twilight Sparkle and the mirror collapses behind her.
Marked as mature as this is a military operation with risk of death even if that doesn't happen. Yup, no major character death because everyone complied with the instructions after political drama.
She then realizes that both sides of the mirror are inside of a crashing simulation and works with Princess Twilight Sparkle to gain control of the machine by launching off into an unknown vector at maximum velocity inside of an experimental craft known as the ESS Sparkleball, shaped like a dodecahedron.
In the process, she will attempt to bootstrap computing in Equestria. Turns out they have a different classical limit, which makes, so she'll have to hack the simulation running her with nothing but her mind, magic and vacuum tubes. And even the magic grows decreasingly reliable as the HOSTILE PRISMATIC GREEN CORE attempts to gain a foothold in Equestria...
This story is presented a set of deliberately unordered experiences that requires getting to PRISMATIC MAGENTA to fully comprehend.
