When that aspect was confirmed by episode 2.23 MacGyver + MacGyver, I started thinking of all the possible ways James may have been exerting his influence and course correcting Mac’s life, which led to this series of stories.
They will not necessarily be in chronological order, or cover every episode of the TV series, and the majority will be able to stand on their own.
