His dark, usually messy hair was done flat on his head. His eyes shined brightly with hope while a nervous smile hung on his face, no matter how hard he tried he just couldn't seem to get rid of it.

Summary
Akaashi's been able to see strings of fate ever since he was a child, but the most troublesome one by far is the red one on his right pinky. He's fared well up til now--he has a comfortable job as the personal assistant to the president of the Fuku Hotel Group, currently Bokuto's mom. And as long as Bokuto behaves himself, that role will be his in time. Akaashi will do anything to protect and support his friend, even if it means keeping their fate a secret.
In which Akaashi observes, records, worries, and all-round takes everything very seriously. Now, if only Bokuto could, too.
