“Uh— Shar— Doctor Kinard,” he stutters, and Tommy glares at him. He doesn’t have time for this.
“What?” he says sharply.
“There’s— there’s a man here to see you?” the kid says, half-telling, half-asking like he’s afraid he’s wrong.
(Or Dr Kinard, aka the Shark, makes every resident terrified. They're shocked to find he's a massive softie for his husband.)

“Does he?” She squints at them.
“They're always arguing. Look, look!” He says, pointing in their direction.
“Firefighter Buckley,” Doctor Kinard says, eyebrow raised in that bitchy way he seems to master.
“Doctor Kinard,” the other man says with an eye roll.
(Or Dennis seems to think Shark and the Firefighter hate each other. He doesn't realise how wrong he is.)
