It’s ironic, really. Regulus, the star their parents had named their second child after, is the brightest star in the Leo constellation. The lion constellation.
Sirius used to affectionately call Regulus “lion heart” because it made his brother squeal and smack his arm.
He goes to bed early that night and feels the hatred begin to stir deep within his black heart.

This is basically a bunch of snapshots of Sirius’ life at Hogwarts from year one to halfway through year six. It’s mostly focused on Sirius and his relationship with Regulus, plus his decaying mental stability.

Regulus finds himself next to the most gorgeous man on earth. He’s tan and tall, and has fluffy black hair, and what looks like strong hands. He looks around nervously, pushing up his wire-frame glasses with his fourth finger. “Yes, Hello. How can I help you?” He says.
“I was just looking for the Attendings room. I’m the new pediatrics guy.”
