Johnny threw his arm over the back of his chair and Danny leaned back. It was nice, having someone casually touch him like that again. At some point, Steve had stopped. He didn’t know why, if it was something he had done, or said. If he knew, maybe he could fix it.
But then again, Steve probably thought he was just a waste of space and time, so why would he want to be near him? He knew the only reason he was still in Five-0 was pity.

That, unfortunately, strikes a nerve. Ever since Buck moved out, even a bit beforehand really, Eddie has been... distant. Not in a cold way, they still talk, he still has his back when it matters, but it feels forced. Like any moment they're together Eddie would rather be anywhere else.
Or, Buck finds out about Eddie's journey to faith, takes it in the worst possible way, and the boys finally have a proper conversation.
