This is set in my own version of the Invader Zim universe. It won't be very cannon typical because life doesn't work like cartoons and my brain doesn't think that way. To fit my rough timeline for this series the only background the universe is getting is Zim gets sent to earth to conquer it. No trial, no florpus, because my brain is dumb and can't figure out a way to write around them. I'll try to add any head cannons in the end notes so stuff makes sense but they're not necessary to understand what's going on.Series
