Summary
“I don’t want you to disappear,” Aaron said, throwing Kevin’s shirts at him. “I don’t want you to go anywhere,” he leaned against the door as if he were enough of a physical barrier to contain Kevin.
Kevin smirked down at him, “Really, was that whole tantrum necessary? I said it’s your choice” He approached Aaron and stopped in front of him, offering him his Fox shirt. Aaron took it greedily, slipping it over his head. The neckline was too large, leaving his collarbones exposed.
He felt small - safe, not insignificant.
“I’m asking,” Aaron whispered.
“What?”
“you promised Andrew you wouldn’t touch me again unless I asked. I’m asking”

Summary
They stare at each other, for that long, singular moment. Aaron has this weightless feeling in his stomach, like he’s soaring through the empty skies, or possibly free-falling into something catastrophic. He thinks he sees Kevin’s gaze flutter to his lips, before sliding back up to his eyes, but perhaps that’s just wishful thinking. He has the same distant, lofty expression he uses in his interviews.
“We’re good, then?” Kevin asks hopefully.
“Yeah,” Aaron says faintly, then clears his throat and says a little more forcefully. “Yes. We’re good.”
Kevin searches his eyes again, as if looking for some indication that Aaron is lying. In truth, Aaron doesn’t even know himself. The only thing he feels is shame.

Vet Aaron
*
"I’ll take good care of her.” Aaron looks over Kevin as he chews on his lip. “Let me check your number. I’ll call you to let you know when she’s out of surgery. Usually we like to monitor the dogs afterwards. I booked you in as early as possible because I know there’s a bit of separation anxiety, so if all is well, she should be able to go home this evening.”
“Yeah?” Kevin glances at Boudicca hopefully. “Do you really think she has separation anxiety?”
“No, I think she’s very well adjusted. I think you have separation anxiety.”

Summary
It all started with a drunken bet Aaron and Kevin made with the Foxes: if they were still single by 30, they'd marry each other. As two 100% straight dudes, they thought it was a hilarious joke. And now here we (and they) are.
Brace yourselves for a series of drabbles and a non-linear story. Yeah, there's a plot in there somewhere, but really, I just want to show these dorks failing miserably at getting a divorce, only to eventually shrug and say, "Whatever, let's keep the marriage. It's kinda convenient." (And maybe they're into it).
This is purely for shits and giggles, updated whenever I feel like it.

What if Kevin had never joined the Foxes and had met Aaron in a game against them, and who could have impressed him with his way of playing? What if the two of them started to have secret contact and what if more came out of it? Surely nothing bad would happen then, right?
