Aemond hadn’t been too worried when Professor Royce announced they’d be working in pairs for their next assignment. He’d been a little annoyed when she revealed she would choose who everyone worked with, but not worried. He was downright horrified when she told him he’d be working with Jacaerys.
“Professor Royce, please, you can’t do this,” Jace says pleadingly to their tutor, while the rest of the class files out of the room.
“For once, I agree with Velaryon,” Aemond tells Professor Royce, who looks at the both of them with a very put upon expression. “You can’t do this to us.”
“I think you’ll find I very much can.“
(Or, Aemond and Jacaerys hate each other, which disrupts Professor Royce’s class so much, she makes them work on a project together. They end up fucking instead. But it’s not like they like each other or anything. That’d be ridiculous.
