When the tide brings Kageyama Tobio to the warm, sandy shores of a new town, he thinks he’ll check out the local surf scene and roll back out pretty quickly. But when he meets happy-go-lucky surf instructor Hinata Shouyou, he starts to realize the beaches here have a sun brighter than most, and Kageyama might find himself basking in the rays a little longer than he’d initially planned.
