Summary
Now that John Sheppard has gotten his wings back, and found a place (and people) to call home, life is perfect, right?
Hardly.
Not when his past keeps coming back to haunt him in new ways.
But now John has friends and allies on his side to keep him from falling into the hands of enemies old and new; and he's determined that he won't fail them, like he failed the ones who died under his care.
No matter what.Series

Summary
The scene no one asked for:
(When Rodney called it brunch, the civilian contractors that were employed as chefs just laughed. The Marines and other military personnel who served as prep cooks, cleaners and dishwashers gave him looks that made it obvious that most of them thought he was crazy. Keeping things Kosher or Halal, or whatever dietary requirements for the expedition was absolutely fine, but call a late morning meal ‘Brunch’?)
Dr M. Rodney McKay and the chef who laughs at him.

Summary
The target is neutralized; Earth is safe once again (for now).
Now the biggest decision is what to do about the security breach caused by one Dr. Rodney McKay;
Let John Sheppard succumb to his wounds in an act of anonymous redemption?
Or help John to heal and become what he's always been meant to be?
Alternate realities merge and depart, and perhaps the Ancient Lanteans knew a little more than they left in their records.Series

Summary
Because not everything is what it appears to be, and after having five minutes where Rodney McKay thought that he'd killed John Sheppard, there's no way he can just let his friend hide without making sure everything would be-- if not all right-- better.
Yeah. That "sealed" bulkhead opened awfully easy for Rodney.

Hiraeth:
(n.) A homesickness for a home to which you cannot return, a home, which maybe never was. The nostalgia, the yearning, the grief for the lost places of your past.(Dean’s still had Cas’ number near the top of recent calls, because sometimes he just hit the number out of habit. Or so he told Sam.)

Summary
Canon diverged before Jackson found Atlantis. The IOC stepped in and decided to make things more efficient. A gene testing program brought Major John Sheppard into the program earlier, but budget constraints and international treaties have kept Dr. Jackson out of the antarctic. So now John has to find his own team--and his own geek--or he's in danger of being stuck in the mountain forever as a light switch. However, as the universe changes, fate forces some things to return to proper form, and other things... they get wildly out of control. John isn't sure how he came to be Earth's enemy, but he's going to have to deal with the cards he's dealt.

Summary
It is only a hypothesis because he cannot prove it by any means acceptable to any official organization back on Earth. But that does not change what Radek believes to be true: Atlantis knows that the one she holds most dear has been taken from her.
