Will thinks this was what he’d been anticipating all night. Sure, he doesn’t feel an actual need to scent-mark, or to experience it… but he thinks he’d like to with Mike. And if Lucas’ smell was bothering Mike that much…
“Okay, fine. Let’s do it.” Will flicks up the sleeve of his shirt on his wrist and holds it up.
Mike’s expression wavers.
“Or, if you want to back out…” Will asks worriedly, letting his hand fall.
“No, I—I guess I just assumed. The neck’s the best place to do it, right?”
On the cusp of presentation, is Will really ready for the changes heading his way? Especially the uncertainty regarding his... friendship with Mike. Or was friendship even the right way to categorise them, anymore?

Before Will could even try to respond, Mike’s hands pressed down, firm, sudden, squeezing that spot with intention.
The moan that tore out of Will was messy. Whiny. Desperate. Loud enough that it rang in his ears long after the sound left his throat.
He couldn’t stop whimpering.
He couldn’t stop crying.
He couldn’t stop shaking, his wrists straining uselessly, the clatter of the cuffs against the headboard filling his head as his body struggled on pure instinct.
He wanted to beg.
Please. Please touch me. I need you. I want you so fucking badly.

Mike is doing his best to wrangle in his feelings for his best friend. Sure he might have a staring problem, but it’s better than the alternative of actually confronting how he feels. It’s hard but he has a pretty good handle on it, until he doesn’t.
