Honestly this is probably one of my favourite Haikyuu gen fics to ever exist; it's so soft and sweet and I just love them all so much, and this fic does such a good job of detailing why I love them so much. The way this fic handles with the insecurities and problems of each team member, along with the varied range of them, means that it can bring comfort to many; I related so hard to a couple of them (coughdaichicough) and it sort of brought me a second-hand comfort too. There's also the solid fact that Ukai as a pseudo-parent is legitimately gold. It's just perfect.

Ennoshita was absolutely fine when all of his teammates started getting into relationships with each other. Absolutely fine. Who cares if Noya talked about Asahi all the time, or if Suga and Daichi stole kisses during practice, or if Narita and Kinoshita held hands, or if Hinata liked to hug Kageyama at random intervals, or if Tsukishima and Yamaguchi called each other by their given names when “no one” was listening, or if Kiyoko and Yachi—alright, this was starting to get ridiculous. Everywhere he looks, there’s some amount of PDA, and he just can’t get away from it.

He’s starting to get annoyed, but with Valentine’s Day fast approaching, there’s no way he can get out of this. His teammates are going to be absolutely unbearable.

It’s not as if he wants a relationship. He doesn’t.

But of course, Tanaka Ryuunosuke just has to exist, and maybe he does want one after all. But Tanaka’s straight. Right?

Such a fun read, seriously. It has the most beautiful little "oh god why him" in the middle which I would live and die for any day. There's also something so beautiful about Tanaka and Ennoshita's characterisations. Tanaka being so flustered and quick to assume and sweet while still being his brash, loud self honestly fits him so perfectly, and a quick-to-anger softboi Enno is a good Enno (okay all Enno is good Enno but this is a particularly wonderful flavour).

The morning of the Spring Tournament Semi-Finals, Oikawa thought he had everything. He was the captain of a volleyball team that was supposed to easily make it to the final round. Seijou was in top shape and Oikawa honestly thought that they had a chance of making it to Nationals. In a few months, he’d be graduating from high school to pursue a professional volleyball career.
So how could one injury, just one wrong fall, suddenly rip all of that away?

This. HURT. Me. But it's also a really important story to have told, one of identity and defining oneself outside of just one thing, of finding oneself when what you thought you were is taken away. Maybe I relate too hard to Oikawa in this, having sort of been through a similar situation (though at least Kawa had an outside influence to blame), but seeing him be okay in the end of this fic, and figuring himself out, was a really big comfort to me.

Monsters have been freed from the underground, and honestly, you don't really think they should have. You wouldn't consider yourself 'racist', you just fear for your own safety when murderers wander the streets and move in next door.
So spilling coffee all over a very large and intimidating skeleton monster was probably not your best move ever. But instead of gutting you, he offers to buy you another coffee. And, despite his... 'crude' language, he seems to be a nice guy. Maybe monsters aren't so bad after all?
But why do the monsters who used to pay you no mind now cast you pitying looks and avoid you all together?

Genuinely love this one; Underfell Sans is my boy, and man this is a good characterisation of him. It's heartwrenching yet fulfilling in every way, sweet and real and human in a way I can't fully describe. It made me feel so much, made me laugh so hard and smile so wide and cry real tears... I just wanted the characters to be happy. The reader insert character is so full of life too, with a powerful will and a quick wit, and I genuinely enjoyed reading about her.

Also I love King. Wish there was more content of him... He's a good bean.

So I'm a sucker for a secret relationship, a good reveal, and IwaOi, and guess what happened to have everything I was looking for? Such a fun read, I loved watching the boys sleuth around and go completely on the wrong track until they WEREN'T on the wrong track and it was just all levels of so so beautiful.
