  Summary

Hi. My name is Marco. I can’t tell you my last name or where I live, for reasons you will soon find out. For now, all you need to know is that it’s of the utmost importance that you keep quiet about what you will learn. Or they will find you, and in turn, find us. If that happens, the whole world is doomed.

In this reality, Jake wasn’t at the construction site that fateful night.
