Draco Malfoy didn’t collect Chocolate Frog Cards. There was simply no reason to. After all, he had access to countless books on the famous wizards and witches who were featured on the cards, and his library was far more detailed than a tiny piece of chocolate-smudged cardboard. So, like any reasonable adult, whenever he ate a Chocolate Frog, he threw the card away.
Expect for when it was Potter’s face blinking back up at him.
