Eichen House is a hellhole. It disguises itself as a modern and progressive mental hospital for the Supernatural well enough, with pretty brochures and smiling faces everywhere normal people are allowed to go, but further inside, in its intestines, it is a hellhole.

After being bitten, Stiles gains the ability to travel into other people's minds. Everyone is scared of him, so he ends up at Eichen House, a mental hospital for Supernaturals that feels more like a prison. There, he meets Peter. One night, Peter has a special request for Stiles.
