Summary
Scaramouche was hurt by people in the past, when he gets locked up Aether convinces Nahida to let Scaramouche come with him on his journey, and Aether promises Nahida that he'll keep Scaramouche out of trouble.
Scaramouche doesn't want to but it seems like the better option than going and staying in jail, in time he starts to open up to Aether as the walls he put up break down and his human emotions break through, he then starts to fall in love with Aether's warm smile and boundless patience.

"I don't care about them, you know that." Said Scara with a slight pout on his features.
"Then... what about me?" Asked Aether
"You're... special." He said, a slight blush covering his cheeks as he glanced at Aether.
"Is that so?" Aether asked absentmindedly, still looking at the stars, lost in thought.
