Summary
How long has it been since Leonard last heard the sound of his colleague’s voice, he wonders?
Flipping through the pages of case files, both old and new, his mind would often be occupied by the happenings on that fateful day, the memory lingers, permanently imprinted within him, if only there was a chance for him to meet that man again. He stamps his chop on the page, marking the file as ‘complete’, there’s a new wanted poster pinned onto the bulletin board he notices, it’s late, he should clock off now.
‘Gehrman Sparrow (Wanted Alive or Dead)
Bounty of 50,000 pounds’A lucrative bounty, Leonard thought, and surely an equally troubling individual to match, regardless, he notes down the man’s face, his abilities, it’s part of his duties after all, keeping Backlund safe from rogue Beyonders and whatnot. Though the likelihood of running into this maniac is low, the chances are never zero.

Summary
The dichotomy of seeing hands capable of destroying cities be so tender, doing such a menial task – it’s a little jarring, but also euphoric.
Klein indulges himself by pampering Leonard’s hair.
