Harley was a regular at Sister Margaret's. He worked with Wade on occasion. He was used to being surrounded by tough guys all the time. So of course he was surprised to walk into the bar and see a guy, no taller than 5'6", maybe 130 pounds soaking wet, standing behind the bar with Weasel. This kid was going to get eaten alive here.
Of course, Harley might be a genius, but even he can be wrong sometimes.

Summary
