“What else—" she starts, quickly silenced by him bowing his neck and pressing his forehead against her arm. “Are these what I think they are," he mutters, warm breath fanning against the scars marring her tattoos.
“Don't know what you mean," she lies.
He pulls back and runs his thumb along the jagged depressions of skin. “They're from the bridge, aren't they?” That was the last time he'd seen her after all; unconscious at his feet after that explosion on that Godforsaken bridge.

Summary
Thirty nine days after the war
He's drawn all of them now. Wrote brief notes, descriptions on each of them at the back of every sheet. He feels guilty about it but he's drawn more than one for Jinx. Why only one for Benzo, only one for Vi and his mom and dad, but three for Jinx?

She waits for anything else but he just sits there, bending over and fumbling with loose laces, a slight tremor taking over his hands. He pulls back and pinches the bridge of his nose with his thumb and forefinger, like it's hurting him to think, like he just wants to forget everything. But he can't, and she can't stand seeing it, seeing him trying to do it alone.

A post-season 2 fic focusing on Jinx helping Ekko recover from the grief of thinking she died. A journey out of Zaun, healing each other after months of grief and guilt. One chapter posted every day until the 7th and final one.

Whenever injuries confined him to the firelight base his natural state was numb, distant. He was so tired. So tired of it all. His only times of solace were when he mustered the energy to play with the children and, of course, at the mural. He'd sit there in complete silence, studying every inch of her face for hours. Scar knew not to go to him—it was the closest he ever felt to peace.

A post-season 2 fic with a focus on Ekko struggling to handle his grief when he thinks Jinx is gone. Not only about Ekko (this is timebomb after all! Jinx will be involved, check out the tags) but I think his perspective is interesting and under-explored.

"Can you pretend like it's the first time?" Jinx asked, her voice hushed. Her eyes were half-lidded and her pupils dilated, waiting eagerly for his response—for his lips to brush hers.
Ekko's breath hitched as he heard Jinx's soft request, an exact echo of the words he had spoken to Powder. Did she know, somehow, that he had said those exact words in a situation not so different from this, or was it simply more proof that she was a mirror of his soul. She was his kindred spirit and without her he was incomplete. That was why, despite years of trying to build something good—of trying to do good—none of it had been enough. None of it had ever come close to filling the suffocating void in his chest that was shaped like her.

Summary
When Jinx falls, attempting to take her own life, Ekko jumps after her, desperate when the Z-drive is starting to run low - but when he catches her and pulls the cord, they get thrown into an alternate universe, where Zaun is free and happy, they're married with a child, and everyone is alive. While they try to re-orient and figure out how to go home, they have to navigate the question: do they even want to?
