She knew she was no longer Furina’s bodyguard but she would extend an offer like this one to any of her friends.
The mention of potential danger did give her some pause, but Furina ultimately decided to turn Clorinde's offer down. “Thank you, but I do not believe I will need someone to come with me. I think I can defend myself from most things. Really, how dangerous can a little bird watching be?”
Directing someone pretending to be a Violetgold Angler Gull should not be difficult for someone as talented as Furina de Fontaine, but for whatever reason, she could not make the vision come to life. Desperate for anything that could help her, she asked her friends for some advice. The suggestion to go bird watching piqued her interest. It was far more entertaining then hitting the books, after all. Surely she won't run into any issues if she doesn't do anything foolish.
