   Summary

   Two years have passed since Dana Scully walked out of the home she shared with Mulder.
   Six months have passed since Stella Gibson's investigation in Belfast concluded.

   Scully, a Fulbright Scholar, has arrived in London for a year to investigate what makes for productive relationships between forensics / medical branches within police departments; trying to capture and understand more clearly the energy and verve she once shared with Mulder. Her investigation into what makes for a good working partnership in the criminal field puts her in the hands of Stella Gibson; freshly returned to field work and investigating a string of femicide throughout London.

   Together they begin piecing together a complex series of murders...and maybe a whole lot more.
