With the power of a god and the government on their side, one would think this little dream team would have their match making out in no time at all, but between Keqing’s secret side quest to find the perfect engagement ring for Ganyu, Hu Tao and Venti’s brand new Ultimate Pact of Mischief, and Yanfei’s constant questions regarding his legal existence, Xiao would rather explode than confess his feelings.

Ganyu stood in silence for a few seconds, her knuckles blood cold on the grip of the tube. Holding in the tremor in her breaths, she stared Keqing down, the calm and quiet composure cracking slowly through her fingers. “I don’t understand you.”

It's just, some of their customs are . . . odd. Ganyu doesn't want to be culturally insensitive. But is it normal for your girlfriend to start seeing other people in the middle of your relationship?
Ganyu hasn't dated a human in centuries. She doesn't want to mess this up, especially not with Keqing, the brilliant light of her very long life. So she doesn't ask. And it continues.
