Summary
It looked like something that should have been in a medical textbook under the chapter "soon to be dead don't even bother with intervention", and not on Bryan's actual arm.
He felt like he was gonna puke
"Shit" they said it in unison as the man yanked him closer to examine the nasty sight.
Huh. Bryan thought in a daze his brain obviously trying to compartmentalize the horror of his imminent death and instead focusing on unhelpful facts like. This guy sure can yank me around with no problem definitely an awakening better saved for when he wasn't in immediate danger.

Or Bryan gets his ass saved and discovers A LOT about himself

Summary
Bryan thought the worst thing that could've happened after running a woman over was getting found by a cop. Now he knew the worst thing was being found by two cops.
Great, he had just been broken up with by his girlfriend, there was also an important organ sitting in his car like a lunchbox, and now he'd be going straight to jail.
The only way the day could get worse is if the world ended.
⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘In which the world is in fact in danger of ending, but at least Bryan has a competent rookie cop at his side.

Summary
“Soooo, do I get a name or…” trailed off the demon as he started to pick at the dirt on the prison floor.
“In your wildest dreams,” responded Lucas.
“Okay raindrop,” said the demon rolling his eyes.
“Raindrop?” asked Lucas, confused at the sudden nickname.
“Yup, because you guys seem to have a pipe broken or something down here with all the water leaking from the ceiling” said the demon.
“So a nickname based on the flaws of the dungeon,” concluded Lucas to which the demon smirked at him.
“Yup, a flaw to match the flaws of human kind,” said the demon once again trying to catch Lucas’s gaze, but Lucas didn’t turn his head.
“Whatever you say snowflake,” said Lucas. In a kingdom where demons are killed on site and magic is prohibited. A ordinary person named Lucas just wants to live a normal life. However after the capture of their first demon in years his life is thrown upside down. Secrets are revealed and Lucas learns more about demons than he wants. Maybe humans and demons aren't as different than he thought. On the other hand Devin works to figure out old royal secrets about his family. Perhaps they have more magical ties than previously believed.
Still ongoing!
