Summary

Summary
Izuku was never chosen by All Might to receive One For All, therefore he never got into U.A.. He goes to a regular high school as a quirkless student while Katsuki got into U.A. and is now fulfilling his dream of becoming the number 1 hero. What Katsuki doesn't know is that Izuku has other plans than just sitting around and being a regular high school student.
