Shinichi was frustrated. Nearly two years had passed since he had been turned into a child, and still, the Organization didn't feel any closer to falling. He had tried luring them out into a confrontation, but unfortunately, they were cleverer than he had initially given them credit for.
Akai was restless. Officially dead as he was, he couldn't afford to go around stirring up trouble. But months had passed since the last lead on the Organization, and frankly, he was tired of waiting.
Rei might have been an officer of the law, but frankly, he was tired of the glacial pace every law enforcement agency seemed to be taking against the Organization, including his own PSB colleagues.
The three detectives agreed on one thing, being passive hadn't worked. Now was the time for action.
