Summary
Zhongli, for as knowledgeable a man as he is, apparently does not know about certain intricacies of relationships in the present day.
He’s perfectly fine in many aspects of a relationship (you know first-hand, considering you’re romantically involved with him), but apparently, disclosing his polyamorous tendencies isn’t something he had considered to do.
Before now.
“I’m elated to see that you’re getting along, Y/N, Childe. It’s a relief to have one’s lovers be amicable towards one another.”
Why exactly Zhongli thought it would be a good idea to drop this bomb on you while you’re sitting across from his other (apparent) lover—Childe, Tartaglia, a goddamn harbinger—is beyond you, but suddenly, you begin to fear for your life.
