“We’re about eight-hundred years out.”
Raph balks, almost losing his footing entirely, though it feels as if his stomach does most of the hurtling towards the ground without him.
“In the past?!” The wind carries his voice as it dances past them, and Donnie aggressively shushes him with a frantic and angered flap of his free hand.
“Oh. Oh I’m gonna kill Renet. I’m gonna hog tie her, trail her up the Bloomberg and then launch her butt off of it.”
Donatello, whom had since endured his entire life so far to hearing such far fetched, angered fuelled, petty threats, took less notice of this one as he did with most of them.

When he hears the door to April's apartment open, he nearly rips the craft magazine he's holding clean in half.
Casey isn't supposed to be home for another hour or two. Or, at least, that's what Raph had been told before he'd come over. Yet here the bonehead is, waltzing into the living room like he's not completely disrupting the evening and making Raph consider punching him.
Or; Raph is working on a new fiberworks project when Casey barges in. Yet, surprisingly, much less chaos ensues than expected...?

He didn't offer the plushie to her, which feels like something Old-Donnie would trip and fall over himself to do. Because he liked her, so it didn't matter that she wasn't all that interested either, and it didn't matter if she could do it on her own.
And Old-April would hate it, and it'd make her feel stupid and no better than all those prizes hung along the carts.
“You can get these things for like five bucks online,” says New-Donnie, pulling out of the car. “It's a real rip-off.”
“Yeah,” says New-April. “It really fucking is.”
