2. A sentinel can sometimes over-focus on one of their senses, which can result in what people would normally call 'zoning out'.
3. Guides are individuals who can act as a touchstone for sentinels to help prevent the above.
4. Sentinels and guides usually co-exist as a bonded pair.

Summary
