    NightMight Pro Hero Agency is dealing with backlash from the public over their top hero, Deku, being an unmated alpha, and their concern is only growing as the Hero Ranking Polls draw nearer.

    Similarly, Fat Gum Hero Agency is struggling to find a compatible alpha to calm their explosive omega, Ground Zero.

    And so, the two agencies strike up a deal: plan a fake courting between the two heroes and everyone ends up happy. Right?

    “Honestly Deku, I really couldn’t care less that you have a girlfriend.”

    Silence fell upon the room as Izuku gave him a look he couldn’t quite decipher, “...What are you trying to say?” Izuku finally questioned after several moments, carefully.

    Shit.

    Katsuki has been pining for years after Izuku. He's softened up a bit, bankrolled a hero suit for the nerd, and gives lectures at UA whenever Izuku requests it. So when what he thought was a dream they shared doesn't pan out like he'd planned, life goes in a direction Katsuki never would've expected.

    A story told over five acts which leans heavily into the pain of three characters, with Katsuki's anguish being the focal-point. The happy ending and eventual comfort to the hurt exists for everyone, no matter how bleak things may seem at times, but this story will be gut-wrenching to read most of the chapters. If you aren't at least a bit of a masochist, this fic is probably not for you. You have been warned.

    Oh, and the title of the fic is in part inspired by the song Scorpio Rising by Soccer Mommy, and also in part by, well, astrology.

    Izuku is ready to graduate and move on from the school, the town, and the hole in his chest left from Bakugou Katsuki all those years ago.

    He is moments away from fleeing, before he is rapidly pulled back in.

    One last summer, forced to have Katsuki at the center of it.

    He had spent years wishing on every 11:11 that they would get a second chance, and now that they have, Izuku must deal with the consequences of being in love with someone who hates him more than they could ever love themself.
