The redhead stops his stirring, feeling a foreboding danger in that tone. Nowadays, Dazai saying his name like that just means another heartbreak as if Chuuya’s heart hasn’t turned to dust from all the shattering and grinding.

He sounds genuine, Chuuya notes. No context, no clue, nothing because he knows Chuuya will understand.
