Summary
Bilbo Baggins arrives in Erebor with the rather large family of Bur, hoping for a fresh start as an experienced midwife and apprentice nurse. The only problem is the mysterious Tharven, whom Bilbo is pretty sure is just the crown prince Thorin in disguise, who is constantly knocking on Bilbo’s door late at night looking to get stitched up. If it means he and his newborn baby can stay in Erebor, Bilbo would do anything to keep the prince’s favor. Even if it means his bathroom has become a temporary surgery center.

“My... who?” Dennis nearly spat his tea back into the cup. A blush immediately spread across his face. “He's not my husband. We're... colleagues. We work together.”
“Oh...” Joanna blinked, looking genuinely surprised. “I'm sorry. It's just... the way he looks after you. I assumed...” She smiled apologetically. “So you're here on a work assignment?”
“No,” Dennis replied, his cheeks growing even warmer. “We're on vacation. Together.”

Dennis is working as a pizza delivery boy during Med School. Robby thinks he's meeting a twink from Grindr. He's only seen the pictures from the neck down. They (Robby and twink) talked about fantasies, and the twink said he's gonna “deliver him a surprise”. The twink is late and Dennis is at the exact wrong address.
