Summary

Married to a tyrant, Rey isn't surprised when the people of his empire come to see his blood spilled. But she is surprised when Kylo Ren, named 'king killer', becomes emperor and decides to not only keep her alive, but take her as his own empress.

Sure, she's had the occasional vandalism, one or two rocks thrown through the windows of her small cottage in the woods, but that's all fine and good and fixable. At least, she thinks it is. His Majesty Finn thinks differently. Enter Sir Benjamin Organa Solo -- knight of the kingdom of Alderaan. Sworn to protect the kingdom and its people, even if some of its people think that they can do this on their own without the help of a useless shining knight in armor, thank you very much.

Vax is frustrated with how perfect Percy thinks he is and challenges the gunslinger to an old-fashioned fight, daggers vs. rapier. Percy thinks that Vax needs to be taught a lesson so he'll stop picking fights he can't win and indulges him. As all their heated interactions go, it's laced with sexual tension and feelings they struggle to put into words, but this time they're willing to go the distance and maybe that will help.
Or the fic of boys swordfighting and boning down that nobody really asked for but that I believed was necessary.

this has become somewhat of a frequent thing since harley’s escape from them a few months ago after the fiasco with roman sionis. of course, the first time it happened, dinah had grabbed harley by the throat because harley stole her fucking car and she wanted it back, and harley had giggled, telling her to choke her harder, to which dinah had glared at her before harley had finally held up the keys with a grin and a simple ‘i got a better one now anyway! business is boomin’ for me and cassie!”
of course, the second time, dinah had grabbed her by the throat again, this time because the former beau of the joker had left a damaged bumper and scratches to the paint job of her car for her to fix when she had so graciously returned it, but harley had managed to weasel her way out of a knuckle sandwich again by holding up a bottle of whiskey and a grin, and well…
dinah’s never really been able to say ‘no’ to a bottle of whiskey.
