Summary
Gaining access to the cognitive world didn't make Akechi's life any easier. It just gave him options as to what role he would play. By the time the Phantom Thieves come along, Akechi is rather settled in his chosen role. The only question is whether the Phantom Thieves will talk him out of it or join him.
As leader of the newly formed Phantom Thieves, Joker knows Crow is an outside force that could prevent them from achieving their goals. Better to have Crow as an ally than an enemy. Ren has his own reasons for wanting to befriend Akechi. They both have doors to rooms occupied by inhuman beings trying to control their lives. The difference is that Ren is a prisoner in his Velvet Room, while Akechi seems to have broken free of his chains.

Summary
Now that Kairi has her own keyblade, King Mickey wants the three of them to attend a magical school so that they can finally learn to be a true trinity. But there is a chance that Kairi won't be able to attend the school, and there is no point in any of them going if they can't all go. Is there?
Riku wants to go ahead without them, Kairi wants them to get to know each other again to see how they fit together after so much time apart, and Sora is determined that they finally have the adventures together that destiny has denied them so far. With so many unresolved issues, the three have a lot of catching up to do.
Pairing: This starts with Riku+Sora and Kairi+Sora, and may end with SoraxRiku, or SoraxKairi, or SoraRikuKairi OT3.

Summary
The Uchiha clan has to make peace with Konoha after years of enmity. To ensure the truce, they hand over one of their own.
For a perfect shinobi and eternal outsider, dealing with someone like Naruto is difficult enough. Simply existing in Konoha is a trip down the rabbit hole, where nothing makes sense. Struggling to understand Naruto and the bizarre people Naruto surrounds himself with might help Sasuke learn more about who he is, and who he could be as a person rather than 'just' an Uchiha. But someone doesn't want him in Konoha and his concerns for his clan, concerning Itachi in particular, are never very far away.

Summary

Without the Third Hokage's guidance, Iruka grew up with only an openly dark Mizuki to rely on, leaving him conflicted about who he is and how he's going to achieve what he wants out of life. Meanwhile, with the support of the Fourth Hokage, Kakashi is comfortable in his life as an Anbu and a reluctant protector of a very precocious Naruto. Kakashi could be just what Iruka needs, but it would be much easier if they weren't surrounded by a village full of nosy ninja eager to help and hinder at every turn.

Summary
Iruka and Naruto offer up their home as a safe haven for mutants with nowhere to go. Kakashi and Sasuke are the first to show up, and where Sasuke goes trouble inevitably follows in the form of Itachi's minions, his enemies, and sometimes Itachi himself. Iruka is soon up to his ears dealing with new kids and fending off Kakashi's advances, and Naruto is busy making friends while fighting with his inner demon because Kyuubi took an instant liking to Sasuke and wants his host to follow suit. Meanwhile, Sasuke's hopes of establishing a bit of normalcy in his messed up life are waning fast.

Summary
The Naruto boys are forced to attend a strange magical school run by a collection of wizarding outcasts with something to prove. Shikamaru has his work cut out for him trying to keep them from making their situation worse, especially when Naruto and Sasuke are chained together and not happy about it. Meanwhile, Alluka and Nanika have decided this school is the perfect place for her to go on an adventure with Killua and Gon, and King Mickey really wants the school to start accepting female students so the Destiny Island Trio can attend. The 'headmaster' Kakashi is adamant about not accepting female students unless they get a female teacher to deal with their 'girly' issues. If someone finds a female teacher willing to work at such a testosterone-laden school the student population might explode overnight.
The fic starts entirely focused on the Naruto gang with just a few cameos. The HxH crossover starts in chapter 11. The KH crossover starts in chapter 15.
