Chloe uncrossed her arms and it was then when Max noticed what was in her hand. A pastel blue envelope, THE pastel blue envelope. "I think it's cool that you feel the safest when I'm holding your hand and honestly, it's the cutest shit. But Rachel and I just broke up, you know that. It'd be hella weird if..." Chloe's voice started fading out of Max's head as she tried to thoroughly scan the envelope with Chloe's name written on it.
Please don't be the 7th grade letter. Please don't be the 7th grade letter. Max kept chanting nervously in her head.
There was a Sailor Moon sticker on the envelope... from the set she owned in 7th grade. Something in Max's stomach turned upside down. Out of the three letters, fate really chose to give Chloe the cheesiest and easiest letter to misinterpret first.

Jingnu does not want to call this person an insurmountable amount, not even if dead, or drunk, or high off her mind. No matter she has tried and failed to delete her contact info numerous times, if Jingnu knew the number you’re supposed to call when you hit a deer, she would dial that instead and give whoever shows up half her wallet to drive her to the city safely. She considers, even, calling the emergency line and– and say what? She does have principles, no matter how much she wants others to believe her ruthless, she can’t just make up a story so they will dispatch somebody to pick her up, can she? Will they send someone over if she just says she’s stranded?
Just to not talk to this person, for this life and this world…
One does have to wonder if Nangong Jingnu is familiar with the term "digging one's own grave".

Summary
It's truly unfortunate that among all the skills the masked person forced Qiyan Agula to learn, she never bothered to impart her knowledge on the fine art of asking for forgiveness. Though, to be fair, she probably didn't know much on the subject either. Qiyan Agula would be astonished to find out her former master ever apologized to anyone in her entire life.
As it is, the masked person only taught her weapon to scheme, fight to the death and destroy herself in the process, which is very useful for revenge-related goals and not so much to save marriages going up in flames.
Or: time travel fixes the grass plains massacre before it can happen. That's too bad it fails to help with Qiyan Agula's relationship issues. It seems she'll have to learn to communicate with her heart all on her own.
