   Summary

   What if Yao and Ilyukhina's souls never left the Hail Mary? What if they couldn't move on to the next life until all three of them could go together? The two of them and two other little fallen starfarers watch over Grace as he completes the mission. Grace can't see them. How will they react to meeting 22 aliens who also passed on the journey to Tau Ceti who now also are watching over their last surviving crewmate? And what news will come from two other fallen friends once the ship enters orbit?
