Summary
Rated teen for minor swearing. Based off of @lenamassuda on tik tok.
“Mr. D is not your father.”
“I could be”Chiron shook his head in exasperation, “You do realize that you have now claimed Percy?”
He shrugged, “So what, I’m not Peters father.”
“Legally, you have claimed him,” Chiron explained, “he is technically yours now.”
Dionysus’s carefree grin slid off his face, “what?”
Or
Percy now has two godly parents (who don’t quite get along) to deal with while struggling to find Zeus’s missing lightning bolt. This is certainly an interesting summer

"Please, please, please don't break me, I won't be able to survive it."
——𝐈𝐍 𝐖𝐇𝐈𝐂𝐇 Perseus Jackson's fate was one that was woven time and time again over millennia, carved into stone, written in the stars, tattooed on the beating heart of destiny. An inevitable tragedy, a life sentence with no escape, the noose already tightened around her neck.
That didn't mean Poseidon wouldn't try to save her. The moment Poseidon felt the spark of life of his first mortal daughter, he knew what fate had in store for her, he knew it was inevitable, but when did the sea ever allow itself to be confined by fate? So, he struck a deal with the oldest, wisest god he knew.
Perseus Jackson upon her arrival to Camp Half-Blood is claimed not by her father but by her Patron, the Goddess Aphrodite and spends the first few years of her hero's journey shrouded and underestimated despite her feats of glory.
It is not until she meets the Sun god she is destined to be with that her carefully constructed image begins to splinter and fate grows restless.

Summary
Having to deal with the consequences of a goddesses actions against a child of the sea. Had been bad the first time for all of them. And Triton hadn't wished it on anyone else.
To have it happen almost a second time through one of her children. Was proving to be just as painful as the first.
Even if this time it was his half brother instead of his child.
Or
When the consequences from the Capture the Flag game are more severe because Percy does nearly die against the Ares cabin. It brings back some bad memories for his Dad's side of the family due to Annabeth's involvement. And as a result ends up gaining a very (in Percy's opinion.) overprotective immortal family in the process.

Summary
“What’s Percy short for, Jackson?” Mr. D asked one afternoon where Percy had been roped into playing pinochle again.
Percy looked up from his cards, “it’s short for Perseus.” Mr. D was apparently known for getting all of the campers' names wrong, so Percy thought it was a strange question. Percy also thought Mr. D was a strange man–god, whatever–though so he didn’t say anything about it.
“Why did your mother name you that?”
Percy just shrugged. His mother had never told him why she had named him what she did, and now he would never know.
Mr. D looked at him for what felt like forever. “It’s an unfortunate name.” He finally said. Percy felt like he should have been offended–if only on his mother’s behalf, but there was something in Mr. D’s tone that made Percy not want to question it.
He looked back down at his cards.
---
Or, Percy resembles Apollo's long-lost lover, Perseus. This isn't a good thing.
